Property Maintenance Crew Member

We are seeking dependable and hard-working individuals to join our team, maintaining Martin Oil Company and Martin General Stores properties throughout central Pennsylvania. Duties include general properties repair and maintenance, groundskeeping, and assisting with construction projects as needed.

• General and preventive maintenance and repairs (inside and outside)
• Assisting with light construction projects and property improvements
• Operating tools and equipment safely
• Grounds upkeep: mowing, trimming, landscaping, snow removal
• Other duties as assigned

• Previous maintenance or construction experience is preferred but not required
• Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and equipment a plus
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliability and punctuality
