As a Facilities Maintenance Worker I, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient maintenance of our state‑of‑the‑art facilities. With a diverse set of maintenance tasks ranging from plumbing and carpentry repairs to electrical and heating and ventilating work, you will have the chance to hone your skills and develop a broad range of expertise.

Key Responsibilities:- Maintain buildings, grounds, and equipment by repairing plumbing, carpentry, electrical, heating and ventilating, painting, and machinery.
- Maintain the general upkeep of grounds areas. Including mowing, weed eating, pick up liter, etc.
- Perform janitorial duties.
- Assist housekeeping as needed.

Probationary PeriodThis job has an initial and promotional probationary period of 6 months, except as provided in KRS 18A.111.
