Shipping / Forklift Driver - 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift Available! Gratz, PA

Schedule 1st Shift: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday | 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM

Pay: $21.00/hour + $1.50 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts

In this role, you'll help gather and prepare customer orders, load and secure products for shipment, and support the overall shipping operation.

• Read and understand orders and product specifications
• Learn and utilize the truck loading and scanning system
• Load and secure products safely and correctly
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company safety policies and wear required PPE
• Understand loading procedures and shipping responsibilities
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts
• Learn product identification and proper loading techniques
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance
• Work 40+ hours per week, including overtime as needed

Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with a safe driving record Ability to lift and handle heavy products Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to stand, move, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Dependable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude Commitment to quality, safety, and accuracy Customer-focused mindset with a desire to achieve daily production goals Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when needed Previous experience in a team environment is a plus Start your career with a company that values hard work, teamwork, and growth.
