Location:

Leola, PA
Pay Rate: $75,000-$85,000/year

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:00 PM (1st Shift)

Ready to lead a skilled maintenance team while staying hands-on with advanced industrial equipment? We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations in a manufacturing environment. This leadership role combines team development, equipment troubleshooting, preventive maintenance management, and continuous improvement initiatives to maximize production uptime and operational efficiency.

Job Duties
  • Lead daily maintenance meetings and establish priorities based on production needs
  • Assign, monitor, and support maintenance technicians throughout repairs and projects
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control systems
  • Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime
  • Ensure preventive maintenance tasks and work orders are completed and documented
  • Coordinate maintenance activities with production teams
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and technical support to maintenance personnel
  • Participate in root cause analysis, reliability improvements, and capital projects
  • Maintain safety standards, housekeeping, and maintenance documentation
  • Communicate equipment issues, resource needs, and department priorities to leadership
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Technical school training, trade certification, or associate degree preferred
  • Industrial maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong troubleshooting skills involving electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, motors, and controls systems
  • Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
  • Experience using diagnostic tools such as multimeters
  • Previous maintenance lead, supervisor, or team leadership experience preferred
  • Experience with CMMS software preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
