Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Engineer to join our team and provide maintenance and repair services to our facility. The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks and general upkeep of the facility. The successful candidate will have strong problem-solving and communication skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing repairs, HVAC maintenance, and general upkeep of the facility
• Identify and troubleshoot issues with equipment and systems, and make necessary repairs
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance to ensure the facility is in good working condition
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance and repair activities
• Communicate effectively with other team members and management to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Other duties as assigned

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a maintenance engineer or in a similar role
• Skilled in a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus
