Housekeeper

Job Duties:

* Perform cleaning duties throughout the facility including sweeping, dusting, mopping and vacuuming

* Cleaning of resident apartments, building common areas, hallways, restrooms, pool area

* Washing of linens and laundry

* Trash collection

* Other duties as assigned

Housekeeper

Qualifications:

* 18 years or older

* Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently

* Must be able to continuously walk throughout the community the majority of the shift

* Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed and stand for an extended amount of time

* Must be able to push, pull, bend, stoop, twist, reach and balance using proper body mechanics
