Great Schedule! Day shift- 7:30AM to 4:00

PMIn this hands-on role, you’ll work alongside experienced technicians to inspect, maintain, and repair reefer units while building your skills through structured training and certifications.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Perform preventative maintenance (PMs), inspections, and minor repairs with supervision
* Complete detailed work orders (Complaint, Cause, Correction)
* Support senior technicians and assist with shop projects
* Follow company and manufacturer maintenance standards
** Training & Growth
*** Hands-on training with experienced technicians
* Ongoing technical modules and certifications
* Manufacturer training programs
** Qualifications
* ** EPA 608/609 Certification preferred
* Basic mechanical skills or strong aptitude to learn
* Knowledge of vehicle systems or truck components is a plus
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* High attention to detail and quality work
