Ally Waste Services is currently hiring a part‑time Trash Collector to join our team. The position starts at 8 pm and offers competitive pay of $65 per night.

• Immediate openings
• No experience required
• Part‑time schedule
• Night shifts
• All major holidays off

• Collect trash bags from apartment doorsteps and transport them to the dumpster.
• Use provided personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Walk up and down stairs each day.
• Take and email pictures for daily reports.
• Maintain a professional, respectful attitude toward residents and property.
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines.

• Have a smartphone.
• Be able to stand and walk on your feet for at least 2 hours.
• Be able to carry up to 30 lbs.
• Have an open‑bed pickup truck.

• Respectful of the community, property, and business.
• Thorough and does not cut corners.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Pride in your work and desire to ensure customer satisfaction.
