• Perform cleaning duties throughout the facility including sweeping, dusting, mopping and vacuuming.
• Cleaning of resident apartments, building common areas, hallways, restrooms, pool area.
• Washing of linens and laundry.
• Trash collection.
• Other duties as assigned.

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Must be able to continuously walk throughout the community for the majority of the shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed and stand for an extended amount of time.
• Must be able to push, pull, bend, stoop, twist, reach and balance using proper body mechanics.
