Overnight Kitchen Cleaning Technician

Job Summary:
We are seekingadependable and detail-oriented Overnight Commercial Kitchen Cleaning Technician to clean and sanitize commercial kitchensin restaurants, schools, hospitals, and other food service facilities. Thisovernight position requires working independently oras part ofa team todeep clean kitchen equipment, floors, walls, and ventilation areas while following safetyand sanitation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform deep cleaningof commercial kitchen equipment, including grills, fryers, ovens, hoods, and exhaustsystems.
• Clean and sanitizefloors, walls, ceilings, and food preparation areas.
• Remove grease buildupusing specialized cleaning products and equipment.
• Operate pressure washers, steam cleaners, andother commercial cleaningtools.
• Safely handle cleaning chemicals in accordance with OSHAand company guidelines.
• Inspect work areasto ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met.
• Complete cleaning logsand report maintenanceor safety issuesto supervisors.
• Load, unload, and transport cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Follow company procedures,food safety regulations, and client requirements.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while workingatclient locations.

Qualifications:

• High school diplomaor equivalent preferred.
• Previous commercial kitchencleaning,janitorial, or industrialcleaning experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays asneeded.
• Ability to liftup to 50pounds and perform physically demanding tasks, including bending, climbing ladders,and standing for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license maybe required.
• Strong attention todetail and abilityto work independently.
• Knowledgeofcommercial cleaning equipment and safety proceduresis a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequently lift, push, and pull heavyequipmentand supplies.
• Work in hot, wet, and greasyenvironments.
• Stand, kneel, bend,climb, and reachthroughout the shift.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
