As a Maintenance Technician, youll be responsible for general maintenance, repairs, and specialty projects across our properties. Youll play a key role in ensuring our homes and units are safe, functional, and welcoming.

• Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems
• Execute carpentry tasks including painting and sheetrock repair
• Install flooring and assist with furniture and accessory setup
• Conduct light maintenance and groundskeeping duties
• Meet and exceed time-sensitive service standards
• Work safely and efficiently at all times
• Multitask in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Interact professionally and courteously with guests and team members
• Handle stressful situations with calm professionalism
