• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a janitorial or porter role is preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Effective communication skills.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment operation.

• Ability to stand, walk, and engage in physical labor for extended periods.
• Frequently lift objects up to 100 lbs.
• Work in various weather conditions and environments.

• Understanding of effective cleaning techniques.
• Familiarity with the use and maintenance of cleaning equipment.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
