Extended Stay - - - Responsibilities:
Ensure property equipment is functioning and premises are maintained to company standards;
Perform repairs listed on work orders in a timely and professional manner;
Complete preventative maintenance inspections and repairs as outlined in the Green Shield Binder;
Maintain organized records including PM deficiencies, inspections, and life safety checks;
Assist with cleaning and other duties as assigned by management to support hotel operations
