Tournament Ops and Warehouse

Ledgestone is a multifaceted disc golf company dedicated to promoting the growth and sustainability of the sport from the local to Elite levels. In 2026, Ledgestone will host four Elite-level events — the Supreme Flight Open, the Ledgestone Open, the DGPT Championship, and Discraft’s Great Lakes Open (AM A Tier) — along with four Majors: the USADGC, Champion’s Cup, Pro Worlds, and Masters Worlds.

The company also operates four online stores, hosts numerous local events, and designs and develops disc golf courses.

Ledgestone Disc Golf is hiring a full-time team member to support Tournament Planning & Delivery (approximately 75%) while providing supplementary Warehouse & Fulfillment Support (approximately 25%). This role begins full time immediately and is highly suitable for someone who knows disc golf deeply and wants to contribute meaningfully to the largest tournaments in the world.

Tournament operations are the priority. Warehouse support helps maintain readiness and flow between events.

• Assist with planning and coordination for Ledgestone’s 2026 tournament slate.
• Track timelines, logistics, tasks, and asset needs across all events.
• Help prepare caddie guides, maps, schedules, and other player-facing materials.
• Manage updates to registration pages and event documentation.
• On-Site Event Execution
• Support course setup, including tee signage, OB rope, spectator areas, and sponsor activations.
• Assist with the setup of tents, retail areas, flymarts, and branded infrastructure.
• Work with the onsite team to ensure smooth player experience and event flow.
• Participate in teardown and asset recovery after each event.
• Travel to select national events (Florida, Virginia, Michigan, Illinois).
• Work closely with the Director of Tournament Operations and a multi-skilled event team.
• Communicate effectively with staff, volunteers, and partners during peak event weeks.

• Inventory & Product Handling: receive incoming shipments; restock, label, and organize inventory; assist with product kitting, packaging, and assembly for events or drops.
• Pull, pack, and prepare orders with accuracy when warehouse support is needed; help stage event assets, load vehicles, and organize gear prior to travel.
• Maintain clean, orderly storage systems and help track inventory counts in spreadsheets.
• Assist with unloading equipment post-event and returning items to proper locations.

• Strong disc golf knowledge is essential (rules, formats, tournament structure, course elements).
• Passion for the sport and interest in Elite/Major-level event execution.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions during long tournament days.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Solid communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets / Excel and general office software.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual labor tasks.
• Reliable transportation and local to the Peoria/Washington, IL area.
• Willingness to work some weekends and extended hours during major events.
• Ability to travel for select tournaments.

• Experience working disc golf events or playing competitively.
• Warehouse, shipping, or inventory management experience.
• Familiarity with Shopify or e-commerce platforms.
• Prior outdoor event operations experience (sports, festivals, logistics, etc.).

  Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM; additional hours during event weeks
