Caterpillar in East Peoria, IL is seeking a Senior Lead Maintenance Technician to lead maintenance on complex equipment, mentor technicians, and improve reliability. AWS shift schedule is Four-10-Hour Shifts, 2:00 PM-12:30 AM. Pay range is $30.00 - $33.00/hour (including differential) based on experience.
You will apply advanced mechanical and electrical troubleshooting to minimize downtime, support safe, productive operations, and drive equipment reliability across the plant.
