Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems as required.;
Develops and maintains an effective PM schedule for all building components.;
Maintains familiarity with building systems and energy management techniques.;
Maintains open communication with staff and office managers regarding building issues.;
Ensures safety and compliance with OSHA, IDPH, JCAHO and other code requirements.
