What a day looks like
You start your shift at the bench, isolating a fault on a subassembly and repairing it at the component level. After verifying the fix, you document the service work and move on to building a simple fixture under general supervision for an upcoming test. Midday, a customer calls with a question—you provide a concise update. Later, you complete a warranty analysis on a returned unit, then wrap up by reviewing process metrics and noting opportunities to improve.
