• Manage other maintenance requests as required
• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs
• Keep a record of completed repairs and when equipment was last serviced
• Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, walls, and perform necessary repairs
• Establish and implement preventative maintenance protocols to keep equipment operations smooth and eliminate safety risks
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
• Complete preventative maintenance inspections and assigned work orders in a timely manner
• Maintain hotel grounds, landscaping, parking areas, and swimming pool facilities as needed
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest maintenance requests
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and hotel standards
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, records, and inventory of tools and supplies
• Assist with emergency repairs and participate in on-call coverage as needed
• Support special projects, renovations, and property improvement initiatives

• Flexible availability for on-call maintenance requests on nights and weekends
• Must be able to demonstrate advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and procedures
• 2+ years of maintenance experience
• Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems
• Has high school diploma, GED, or equivalent

$17 - $19 hourly
