Part‑Time, Seasonal Groundskeeper

Dietz Property Group has an exciting opportunity for a part‑time, seasonal Groundskeeper to join the team at one of our premier apartment communities in Perrysburg, OH.

As a Groundskeeper, you are responsible for ensuring that our residents have safe, comfortable apartments and community. When a resident moves out, you help the team make the unit move‑in ready for the next resident. You interact with residents, calmly, friendly, and respond quickly to concerns and perform necessary handyman repairs. You also communicate with vendors and outside contractors. Each shift includes daily checklists and unexpected tasks, keeping the work dynamic.

• Previous laborer experience and a strong team attitude.
• Experience in parks & rec groundskeeping, park laborers, park rangers, general maintenance, landscapers, or as a maintenance tech.
• Commitment to core values and purpose outlined in the company.
• Current, valid driver's license.
• Strong work ethic and desire to help the team.

This is a part‑time, seasonal position. Hours vary depending on the property and level of position.
