The Real Real is seeking a self‑starter maintenance technician to troubleshoot and repair equipment in a fast‑paced distribution environment. You will work independently and with cross‑functional teams to keep facilities up and running, prioritizing safety and reliability across the system level equipment (SLE).
You will use a CMMS, Microsoft and Google suites; perform routine repairs on material handling equipment, 3‑phase electrical systems up to 600V, and drive unit/component rebuilds.
