SIMPLY STAFFED is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Indiana operations. You will lead teams of Maintenance Mechanics and Electricians in predictive and preventive maintenance, and supervise repairs to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with Production to schedule tasks and implement TPM, SOPs, and safety programs. You will drive KPI reporting, ensure USDA-related compliance, maintain records, and coach staff to foster a positive, high-performance environment.
