• Operate automated floor cleaning machines.
• Maintain floor surfaces and stairwells.
• Sweep, mop, buff, polish, scrub, strip, and refinish hard‑surface floors.
• Vacuum, spot‑clean and extract carpeted floor surfaces.
• Perform deep cleaning of no‑wax floors.
• Wash walls and maintain baseboards and cove base molding as needed.
• Assist other department employees with cleaning tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of assigned areas.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

PM shift 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, 5 days a week. Total 37.5 hours per week. Overtime opportunities may occur.

• Willingness to learn and follow training.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment (training provided).
• Reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Must be able to commute daily to Monadnock Community Hospital.
• Experience with computerized maintenance management software (CMMS) preferred.
• One year of housekeeping experience preferred but not required.

Starting Rate is $19.00 per hour (day shift). Second Shift Hourly Rate differential is $21.75 per hour.
