Floor Care Technician - Full Time Second Shift

Responsibilities- Operate automated floor cleaning machines.
- Maintain floor surfaces and stairwells.
- Sweep, mop, buff, polish, scrub, strip, and refinish hard‑surface floors.
- Vacuum, spot‑clean and extract carpeted floor surfaces.
- Perform deep cleaning of no‑wax floors.
- Wash walls and maintain baseboards and cove base molding as needed.
- Assist other department employees with cleaning tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of assigned areas.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
PM shift 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, 5 days a week. Total 37.5 hours per week. Overtime opportunities may occur.
Requirements- Willingness to learn and follow training.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment (training provided).
- Reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must be able to commute daily to Monadnock Community Hospital.
- Experience with computerized maintenance management software (CMMS) preferred.
- One year of housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
Starting Rate is $19.00 per hour (day shift). Second Shift Hourly Rate differential is $21.75 per hour.
