St. Francis Xavier School in Petoskey, MI has an immediate opening for a full-time custodian. This position includes keeping all areas of the school clean and presentable. We are looking for a self-directed individual who is able to work independently but who is also willing to work as part of a team with additional maintenance staff to complete larger projects as needed.
Qualifications:- Must be physically able to lift, bend, stoop, push, pull, climb and reach.
- Able to lift 40 lbs.
- Some cleaning experience preferred.
- Must have time management skills.
- Able to keep all areas of the church orderly and clean in the allotted time.
