Seasonal Community Support (Workamper) – Pine Pond Homes – Petoskey, MI
Seasonal Position (Now – End of November). Potential for Full-Time Employment.
Compensation & Housing$15.00 per hour (W-2 payroll).
RV site available for $1,000/month + utilities.
15‑20 hours per week.
Opportunity to transition into a full‑time, year‑round position for the right person.
Position ResponsibilitiesMaintenance & Groundskeeping:
- Mow grass and maintain common areas.
- Pick up litter and keep the property clean.
- Complete basic groundskeeping and light maintenance tasks.
- Help keep Pine Pond looking its best.
- Friendly, outgoing, and enjoys helping others.
- Reliable, organized, and self‑motivated.
- Comfortable working outdoors.
- Able to communicate effectively with guests, contractors, and team members.
- Experienced in campground, RV park, maintenance, construction, or customer service (preferred but not required).
