The Maintenance Technician is expected to perform HVAC emergency, routine, and preventive maintenance including changing filters and belts while maintaining safety, communicating effectively, and training employees. Responsible for equipment testing, daily problem solving, preventive maintenance, quick fix and repairs, fill in for facilities personnel, moving office or conference room furniture, rooftop units, overhead doors, and assisting other facilities maintenance functions as needed.

General facilities repairs, such as painting, wallpaper repair, bathroom fixture repairsHVAC equipment inspections/PM's, filter changes, belt changes, most other work will be outsourced

Water testing - will train on procedure

Office furniture moving and disposal

Facility cleaning both inside and outside

Trash and recycle removal and management

Snow removal

Grass cutting, trimming, and cleanup

Landscaping

Parking lot cleaning

Painting including cleaning and prepping

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED3-5 years of experience building/facilities maintenance, maintaining industrial equipment, automation or product repair
