Operations Supervisor; Evenings

Express Commercial Cleaning, Inc. is a family‑owned commercial cleaning company with 14 years’ experience in the facility services business. We look for candidates that can demonstrate these 4 core values: transparency, helpfulness, kindness, and an owner’s mindset in each building interaction.

We are seeking an operations support specialist to work 40 hours per week. This is a full‑time position.

• Weekly quality control to various customer sites via electronic inspections
• Work with the team to resolve quality issues and follow up
• Recommend additional floor work
• Deliver supplies & equipment to various locations
• Maintain adequate levels of supplies and product
• Organize the warehouse
• Communicate any issues via nightly electronic reports
• Inspect equipment and provide on‑site repair if needed

• Be able to instruct & train employees utilizing our processes and cleaning techniques
• Practice transparency and have an owner’s mindset
• Have previous leadership experience of teams of 5–25 people
• Handle motivation of employees in a diplomatic manner
• Be able to fill in for absent employees as needed
• Be able to lift supplies or equipment in excess of 50 lbs
• Be bilingual
• Have supervisory cleaning experience of a minimum of 1 year
• Be able to kneel, bend, and squat
