Housekeeping​/Janitor

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize floors, restrooms, windows, and other surfaces throughout the buildings (3 locations)
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum common areas and offices.
• Empty trash bins and replace liners regularly.
• Maintain cleanliness in break rooms and kitchen areas, including cleaning dishes and wiping down countertops.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces to keep them streak‑free.
• Replenish supplies like soap, toilet paper, and paper towels as needed.
• Perform minor maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and replacing air filters.
• Respond to emergency cleaning needs (spills, accidents, etc.) promptly.
• Follow all safety and cleaning protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Report any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned by management.

• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, chemicals, and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to lift up to [insert weight] and perform physical tasks.
• Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.
