Maintenance Assistant Responsibilities Include:

• Assist with day-to-day maintenance operations, including basic repairs, painting, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
• Maintain facility equipment and tools in good working order
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
• Support overall cleanliness and upkeep of the building and grounds

Maintenance Assistant Qualifications:

• Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred (healthcare setting a plus)

• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repair work

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask

• Must be able to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks as required
