The Department of Physical Plant at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania is seeking a Multi-Skilled Locksmith to join their team:

Job Responsibilities:

+ Maintenance, installation, and repair of Locking Systems and equipment

+ Make and duplicate keys

+ When needed, perform repairs and installation of basic Electrical systems;
Plumbing systems; H.V.A.C systems; and Carpentry repairs;
Painting, Patching and Wall Coverings

Education or Equivalent

Experience:

+ High School graduate or GED (Required)

+ Minimum of four (4) years of specialized training or a recognized four (4) year apprenticeship course for Locksmiths (Required)

+ Experience in Healthcare facilities (Preferred)

+ Knowledge of Life Safety Codes related to Fire and Safety Doors (Preferred)
