Assistant Supervisor

We are seeking to hire a Assistant Supervisor. You will be responsible for communicating with Management, tenants, staff , dispatching, closing work orders, overseeing the daily duties of staff, provide assistance to team and other miscellaneous duties to ensure that building and facilities are maintain in a healthy, safe and sanitary manner. Ideal candidate will have professional attitude & appearance and is initiative-taking, hardworking, dependable, and responsible.

Job Requirements

* Must be able to follow instructions and complete all tasks effectively.

* Prior cleaning experience is a plus.

* Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.

* Janitor experience a plus but will train.

* Reliable Transportation.

Benefits:

* Full-Time

* Pay rate $24.00/hr.

* Hours 40hrs/week,10:00p-6:00a, Monday-Friday (Weekends as Necessary)
