• supervise and develop an assistant business unit supervisor and the grounds maintenance team.
• primary focus is to maximize park presentation through efficiency and effectiveness of work while fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
• execute common tasks for grounds maintenance including general cleaning, pressure washing, hosing down, sweeping, blow‑pack blowing, and miscellaneous grounds maintenance.
• ensure proper training and compliance with department scheduling, time‑keeping, small engine use, ppe, and cleaning chemicals.
• enforce all safety, park, and department policies at all times.
• responsible for team member compliance and development.
• coordinate park cleaning schedule with other departments to satisfy work requests and minimize disruption of operation.
• assist with other duties as needed.

• must be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• must have a minimum of 5 years supervisory experience.
• grounds maintenance experience preferred.
• knowledge of pressure washing application and small engine use preferred.
• excellent communication skills.
• high school diploma/ged.
• valid driver's license.
