Completes preventative maintenance and repairs per work order requirements.;
Performs minor plumbing maintenance such as repairing toilets and fixtures, replacing components, and handling sensors for automatic flush kits.;
Performs routine painting, carpentry, general maintenance to keep facilities in like-new condition.;
Performs minor electrical maintenance as allowed by state law (fixtures, switches, outlets, bulbs, ballasts).;
Completes service and asset inspections and uses handheld devices to access work orders, submit reports, and manage timesheets.
