Core Power Yoga is seeking a Facilities Specialist to conduct on-site inspections and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance across studios in a multi-state territory. You will manage third-party vendors, monitor budget variance, and ensure safety and brand standards are met.
You will respond quickly to urgent repairs, document conditions in the CMMS, and coordinate with construction when major renovations are needed. Travel up to 75% is required in this role.
