Apartment Maintenance Technician

Odin Properties is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to support our multi-family communities within the Facilities & Maintenance team. In this role, you'll complete work orders, perform preventive maintenance, and handle apartment turns to keep units and building systems in top condition. You'll troubleshoot basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues while ensuring safety, cleanliness, and code compliance. Working closely with property staff, you'll help deliver responsive, high-quality service that reflects ODIN's culture of collaboration, integrity, and community impact.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident work orders promptly and professionally
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems, units, and common areas
• Troubleshoot and repair basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
• Conduct unit turns, including painting, repairs, and safety checks
• Monitor property condition, reporting hazards and capital needs
• Maintain inventory of tools and supplies; coordinate with vendors as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety, building, and company standards
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergency maintenance requests
• Collaborate with property staff to support resident satisfaction
• Document work performed using maintenance software or work order system
