Maintenance Supervisor

Greyhound Lines is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day upkeep of our bus fleet and facilities. In this role, you will schedule and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinate repairs, and ensure all work meets safety, DOT, and company standards. You will supervise a team of technicians, assign work orders, and verify quality and timeliness of completed jobs. The Maintenance Supervisor tracks parts and inventory, works with vendors, and maintains accurate service records.

You'll collaborate with operations to minimize downtime and support a culture focused on safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance operations for bus fleet and facilities
• Plan, assign, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance work orders
• Ensure compliance with safety, DOT, and company maintenance standards
• Lead, coach, and evaluate maintenance technicians
• Coordinate external repairs and manage vendor relationships
• Monitor parts, tools, and inventory levels to support maintenance needs
• Maintain accurate maintenance, inspection, and repair records
• Collaborate with operations to reduce downtime and support scheduling
• Identify process improvements to increase reliability and efficiency
• Support implementation of safety and training programs for staff
