Overview
Seeking a Senior Maintenance Supervisor with experience in leading teams, ensuring efficient maintenance operations, and upholding safety & quality standards.
Must Haves / Mandatory- Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor handling direct and indirect reports
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting techniques
- Willingness to travel 75% statewide visiting various facilities and locations
- General maintenance experience (HVAC, heating and ventilation, fire alarm systems, electrical, mechanical, CMMS, and conveyor (MHE) systems, etc.)
- Familiarity with pneumatic systems
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
- Relevant educational degree and/or certifications, such as IOSH
- Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians
- Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules
- Conduct routine inspections and perform necessary repairs
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with safety protocols
