Facility Maintenance Technician

Insight Global is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician for a real estate development and property management company in Philadelphia, PA. This individual will support a portfolio of approximately 14 commercial properties, including office spaces, art studios, maker spaces, and other creative-use facilities.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3+ years of building or facilities maintenance experience and a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. This person will be responsible for conducting routine property walkthroughs, performing preventative maintenance, identifying facility issues, completing repairs, and communicating findings to management and tenants.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance across multiple commercial properties
• Conduct routine building inspections and walkthroughs
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Complete general building maintenance tasks and minor repairs
• Identify potential facility issues and recommend corrective actions
• Document maintenance findings and communicate updates to management
• Respond to maintenance requests and work orders as needed
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors when necessary
• Ensure properties remain safe, functional, and well-maintained
