The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in the material handling industry, expertise with CMMS platforms and PLCs, and strong troubleshooting abilities. This role involves leading complex projects, developing training programs, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Travel to Canada and Mexico may be required.
