  Guaranteed 40 hours weekly (this is NOT an on-call position)
• Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
• Mileage Reimbursement:
  Travel between site locations (not home to first location/last location to home)

  Full-time, Morning Shift

As our Cleaner/Floater, you'll be the hero who keeps multiple locations running smoothly. You'll step in to cover various sites when teammates are out, ensuring our high standards never slip. Your daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Delivering exceptional janitorial services across multiple locations. (Scope of work provided on acceptance of the job)

This role is perfect for someone who:

• Loves variety, enjoys being on the move, appreciates a job where every day is different, and takes genuine pride in creating clean, welcoming spaces.

• Must be at least 23 years old (required for auto insurance coverage)
• Must be able to provide a clean driving record
• Valid Arizona Driver's License
• Reliable personal vehicle with current personal auto insurance
• Completion of defensive driving course (we can arrange this for you in-house)
• Ability to pass drug screening and background check
• E-Verify clearance
• Rock-solid reliability and punctuality
