Type: Part Time - 6:00am - 12:30pm - Monday - Friday

The badging process for this job will take at least 30 days!! If possible we will attempt to hire you at another location if the opportunity is available until your badging is processed with Phoenix Police Department.

There is a badge fee of $55 that you will be responsible for.

Janitor to join our team and help maintain the cleanliness and organization of Phoenix Police Department facilities. If you take pride in your work and enjoy being part of a positive, supportive community, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize office spaces, restrooms, hallways, and common areas daily.

• Clean and sanitize locker room, exercise room, holding cells, patio area, and parking lot.

• Clean and sanitize break room, briefing room, kitchens, and water fountains.

• Empty trash and recycling bins.

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors and entrance mats.

• Dust fixtures, clean glass.

• Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.

• Report maintenance or safety concerns to the facilities team.

• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.

• As directed by OMEX Management

Qualifications:

• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred, but not required.

• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.

• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to pitch in where needed.

• Must be 18 years or older.

1. Real Identity / Legal Name

2. Felony and Misdemeanor records Check

3. County checks for Arizona and anywhere the applicant has lived

4. Minimum of 7-year history

5. Criminals Records check

6. Sexual offender search

7. Outstanding warrants

8. Current criminal investigations

9. Current parole or probation

All Applicants must provide

1. A scanned copy of the front and back of the government issued photo

2. A scanned copy of the front and back of the Social Security Card

3. 620 Finger print form

4. COP Police Department Clearance From

5. Badge and Key fee, $55.
