Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Minimize equipment downtime and improve operational efficiency
• Develop and implement predictive maintenance programs
• Supervise and train maintenance technicians and engineers
• Assign daily tasks and monitor performance
• Ensure proper skill development and safety compliance

• Maintain production machinery and facility support systems
• Coordinate installation of new equipment
• Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance tools

• Ensure compliance with OSHA and local safety regulations
• Implement workplace safety procedures
• Conduct safety audits and risk assessments

• Manage maintenance spend budgets
• Control maintenance costs and reduce waste
• Negotiate with vendors and service providers
• Lead root cause analysis for equipment failures
• Support Lean Manufacturing and TPM initiatives

• 5–10 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• 3+ years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics
• Leadership and team management
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong technical troubleshooting abilities
• Budget management
• Communication and coordination
