Warehouse Worker - Cargo Handler – Phoenix, AZ

Join a global air cargo logistics leader and best‑class ground handling partner at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. As a Cargo Handler, you will unpack cargo containers, move boxes, and repack containers for distribution and loading onto planes. This role involves standing on your feet all day working in a team environment.

Shift Details

• Must be open to all shifts.
• Shift options: 2:00am – 10:30am; 3:30pm – midnight; 11pm – 7:30am.
• Flexible to work any of the specified shifts and have two consecutive days off.

Job Type

Contract‑to‑Hire position for 18 weeks. After the initial training period, successful candidates may transition to a direct employment relationship.

Qualifications / Requirements

• No experience required.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Ability to work indoor/outdoor environments in various weather conditions.
• Must lift 30–70kg (approximately 66–154lbs) and assemble/break down boxes.
• Must wear steel‑toed boots that cover the ankle; sneakers or composite footwear is not permitted.
• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Must meet punctuality expectations and report on a regular and timely basis.

• Hourly rate: $17.50.
