Description
- Manages work orders in a timely and efficient manner
- Completes hands‑on technical maintenance projects
- Conducts various routine inspections
- Troubleshoots and performs preventive maintenance
- Performs various types of maintenance tasks
- Works closely with the Pastor's office, School Principal, administrative staff of both the parish and the school, school faculty, ministries, vendors, contractors, and the Diocese of Phoenix Buildings and Property Office, as well as the property insurance provider
- Assists with special event set‑ups and break‑downs and moves and arranges furniture and equipment as needed
- Collaborates as a member of the Maintenance Team to form and execute a cohesive approach to facility maintenance for the whole parish
- Proven maintenance experience
- High School diploma or GED
- Three or more years of hands‑on experience, including woodworking, plumbing, electrical, drywall repair, and painting
- Possesses a valid Arizona Driver's license
- Maintains the annual Safe Environment Training Certification
