The Facilities Engineer coordinates and performs overall daily building and property maintenance in a geographic area with the assistance of staff and external vendors. The position is Monday through Friday; however, the role requires flexibility to provide coverage at night or weekends in the event of an emergency. Regular attendance is essential for satisfactory performance.

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various systems and components such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and other building‑related tasks.
• Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and potential issues.
• Provide recommendations for repairs or improvements.
• Respond to maintenance requests.
• Regularly inspect and maintain building systems, equipment, and facilities following preventive maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Set up and install new equipment, fixtures, furniture, or appliances as required.
• Ensure proper functioning and adherence to safety standards.
• Diagnose and resolve problems with electrical systems, plumbing fixtures, HVAC units, doors and windows, locks, and other building components.
• Repair or replace faulty parts or equipment as needed.
• Monitor and manage stock levels of maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Coordinate with appropriate personnel to procure necessary items within budgetary constraints.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols when performing maintenance tasks.
• Identify potential safety hazards and take appropriate measures to mitigate risks.

Demonstrated experience in facilities management, maintenance, or related field.

Hourly base salary for this position is $29.09 — $41.54 and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with local state and federal “Wage and Hour” requirements. A monthly stipend will be provided to cover expenses incurred for using a personal device, if applicable.

All regular full‑time employees are eligible for an annual bonus; payout is dependent upon individual and company performance.
