Maintenance Technician - 1st shift

Oats Overnight is on a mission to build a generational CPG brand. Since 2016, our high‑protein, drinkable oatmeal has reached over a million customers through direct‑to‑consumer, and we're now scaling with all major nationwide retail and club partners. Our goal: become a household brand by leveraging speed, storytelling, and strategy.

We are vertically integrated: we develop, manufacture, and fulfill everything in‑house. As a Maintenance Technician at Oats Overnight, you will be a key player in keeping our manufacturing facility running at its best. From executing preventive maintenance across electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems to hands‑on facility work and equipment troubleshooting, this role covers a lot of ground — and that's what makes it great. Starting pay is $35.00/hour.

Schedule: Monday – Friday; some weekends and overtime as needed

• Execute preventive maintenance programs including lubrication, electrical, mechanical, some HVAC, and filter changes
• Perform facility maintenance work including plumbing and general building upkeep
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues, driving fast and effective resolution to minimize downtime
• Partner with the maintenance team and production to prioritize and address equipment needs
• Work within LOTO and all applicable safety protocols at all times
• Ensure and promote food safety throughout the facility
• Ensure compliance with food safety and Good Manufacturing Practices
• Other duties as assigned

• 3–5 years of maintenance experience, ideally in a CPG, food manufacturing, or pharmaceutical environment
• Trade certification in electrical, welding, HVAC, or a related field — or equivalent hands‑on experience
• OSHA 10 certification required
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot across multiple systems and disciplines
• Basic computer skills; comfortable working with maintenance systems and documentation
• A relentless drive to get things done
