Overview

We are hiring immediately for a full time Floor Technician position at College Medical Center Behavioral Health, 1800 East Van Buren Street, Phoenix, AZ 85006.

Full time; 10:00 am to 7:00 pm or 11:00 am to 8:00 pm. Days may vary. Further details upon interview. Requirement:
Prior floor care or housekeeping experience required. Perks:

Floor Technician is responsible for floor maintenance, restoration, and the operation of industrial floor care equipment.

• Maintains knowledge of hard-surface floor maintenance and uses proper procedures on hard floors including stripping and refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing
• Operates various types of industrial floor care equipment
• Utilizes automated equipment for cleaning large floor areas
• Performs carpet and upholstery care including shampooing, damp cleaning, extractions, spot cleaning, and vacuuming
• Performs maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types
• Other duties as assigned by manager

• Previous experience as a floor care technician or in a related role preferred
• Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques required
• Knowledge and ability to follow safety procedures
• Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling up to 50 lbs
