Lead Custodian - Bilingual

, you will help keep our facilities spotless while supporting a company that values the environment, community, and personal growth.

Founded in 2019 and proudly minority-owned, Verde Clean delivers eco-friendly facility services with a focus on sustainability, safety, and social impact. We work with schools and offices across the U.S. and provide paid volunteer time and community engagement opportunities.

SCHEDULE
:
Sunday to Thursday, 6:00pm to 2:30am

PAY
: $19 per hour

• Daily Cleaning
  :
  Sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect floors, surfaces, restrooms, and more.
• Restock & Refill
  :
  Keep restrooms and supply areas stocked with paper goods, soap, and sanitizers.
• Monitor Safety
  :
  Identify and report hazards to ensure a secure environment.
• Support the Team
  :
  Assist coworkers and interact professionally with staff and visitors.

• Experience
  : 1+ year in janitorial or custodial work preferred. Leadership experience a plus.
• Education
  :
  High school diploma or equivalent.
• Skills
  :
  Knowledge of cleaning tools and safety procedures; reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player.
• Physical Requirements
  :
  Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs.
