Healthcare Facilities Maintenance Technician

Mayo Clinic -  - Responsibilities:
Responsible for routine and preventive maintenance and repair of building systems and equipment;
Utilizes computers to perform Computer Maintenance Management Program (CMMP) to receive, track and close-out work orders;
Performs preventative and repair maintenance on refrigeration equipment, Nurse call systems, medical gas systems, Lighting & electrical branch circuits and closets, water distribution systems, including secondary pumping systems;
Interfaces with project management as necessary at the transition phase to the occupancy phase;
Rotates on call schedule and or non-regular shift may be required
