• Primary driver of service trucks
• Make initial contact with the person in charge when arriving on site and explain the day's work
• Install HVAC filters in various types of air handlers
• Clean all debris and spent filters off rooftops and dispose properly
• Perform visual inspections of each unit during service
• Assume responsibility for Service Tech I work assigned
• Date and record filter bank entries
• Take notes of any deficiencies and forward them to the manager to contact the customer
• At completion of work, remove and dispose of all trash created during the work
• Obtain paperwork signatures
• Ensure the service truck is maintained properly per the vehicle specification guide
• Accountability for all tools
• Load and unload the truck
• Make deliveries and pickups when necessary
• Be a team player, able to work with others
• Occasionally travel out of town for service jobs
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Own transportation to the branch
• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights
• Ability to lift 25+ pounds as needed; able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Experience working indoors and outdoors
• Experience driving 16‑ft box trucks
• Feel comfortable working with hand tools
• Basic HVAC technical knowledge
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical examination
• Full‑time commitment required
• Basic math skills for percentages and figures
• Effective communication with customers and coworkers
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment that is partially indoors and partially outdoors
• Awareness of safe practices around forklifts and heavy equipment
• Safety glasses required at all times in the production area
• Closed‑toe shoes and long pants required; sleeveless shirts prohibited in warehouse and production areas
• Capacity to sit or stand for extended periods, operate a computer and keyboard efficiently
• Capacity to climb ladders, stairs, and reach with hands and arms
• Capacity to withstand both hot and cold atmospheres depending on weather conditions
• Not be afraid of heights
