Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems across multiple locations within assigned territory;
Ensure reliability of critical systems including lighting, emergency power, security, and safety systems;
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions in a timely manner;
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, equipment specifications, repair histories, and asset inventories;
Utilize CMMS (Corrigo, FMX, or similar) to manage work orders and preventive maintenance schedules
